I am not satisfied your product karbonn k 560 ,
the mobile was stopped by automatically
&display light will not stand minimum 20sec,
and hang the phone overall time.
and call alert will be low and the mobile was hang when signal is low.

this mobile i purchase on Dec 2009, since 40 days i phase this type of problem.

Complainant's Goal: i want to replace my mobile or get cash back
