I have purchase Honda Activa from K.S Motor (Dokania Honda), Asansol and every time I face problem after booking. Previously I complain for not delivery of my scooter after that they deliver. My previous complain url http://www.icomplaints.in/if-not-able-to-deliver-order-on-time-011564.html dated may 18-05-2012 after that they deliver my scooter on 19th may. I have paid full tax and others payment when I booked. Till today I have not get tax received and number plate.
After 7 months and so many visits I have not get my document from them I don't know why I suffer because my scooter already get number on 22-Nov-2012 (WB38AA3557). This number I get from vehicle Dept (search my name).

My question is

1. Is any dept take 7 months to give tax receipt.
2. I show my scooter for inspection on 20 june 2012 and 22-Nov-2012. Why 2 times, is they have no proper document they how could they sell me.
3. I don't know about the K.s Motor(Dokania honda). I know Honda is good in 2 wheeler so I purchase form their Asansol Dealer. Now I want my document from Honda which already issue by vehicle dept.
4. I know my scooter number Wb38AA3557 and Tax date 22-Nov-2012 from vehicle Dept. They told they have already give tax recipe to that person who pay tax. Why should I wait and How many days I wait for my paper.
5. If dealer change and they deny to give me paper then who will responsible?

Please take care about my complain and make a solution.
