i want to know about my karbonn mobile A10 , which is send to karbonn company by garg telecom, muradnagar,i want to know that where is my mobile.kya mobile ko aane me 1 mahine ka time lagta hai , tab tak customer kya karega.mujhe apna mobile use kiye hue 4 mahine ho gaye , kya yehi karbonn company ki policy hai.

my Jobsheet No.- KJASPUP1941013K930 AND purcchase date is 16/08/2013 DOA date is 12/12/2013 but till now shopkeeper did not give me the mobile. what should i. i am very frustated now. If i can not get my mobile till 20 jan 14 , i am going to complaint in Consumer Court against karbonn company because i have all document which proove all true.
