sir i am using airtel postpaid mobile from 3 years i am facing network issue from 2years i had given so many complaints from 2years to the coustmercare , nodalofficer , appellate and ombudsman too but nobody is responding. my mobile number +********7777,+********1234

kindly please help about this issue

I have recharged my mobile(********26) with Rs. 200 by easy recharge from donimalai, bellary dist, Karnataka.
One month back also I have recharged with Rs. 250 from the same place. But 2 conformation sms were came. But balance did not shown in my main account.
I don’t know where it gone. In easy recharge denomination chart I found two accounts for Rs. 200.(main + da8). I don’t want to utilized the da8.
Kindly transfer my amount in main account only.
