Dear Sir,

Passenger Name: Muthuramalingam M & Meenatchi M

Ticket amount : Rs. 504

I am booked e-ticket thru IRCTC website travel dated: 12/12/10 for chennai express "Virudhunagar to Chennai" two tickets. But, that train was suddenly cancelled and not informed me. The train time was 8.30 PM in VPT and train canel information announced only time at 8.40 PM. I am mentally upset. I am asking railway station master. They said the train was cancelled three days before. Your side getting my mobile no (IRCTC database) ??? what is the use??? what are you doing???

I am also not received for my ticket refund amount till now.......nearly 1 Month finised.

Government Need to take quick decision for refund and proper intimation for train cancellation..
