BALANCE CREDITED IS Rs 41.50 ( AFTER E-RECHARGE OF Rs 50.00 AT 9:47 A.M ON 05-08-12 )
TOTAL OF Rs 45.00 IS DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT.
NEITHER I SENT ANY SMS NOR MADE ANY CALL TO ANY NUMBERS. CHECKED MY BALANCE WAS ZERO AT 11:15 A.M ON 05-08-12. INFORMED TO CUSTOMER CARE AND AIRTEL SUPERVISOR OF KARNATAKA REGION TO REFUND THE AMOUNT. NEITHER THEY LODGE MY COMPLAIN NOR THEY REFUNDED MY AMOUNT NOR TRANSFERRED MY CALL TO NODAL OFFICER.
