My self sameer kondlekar bought my Honda CB Unicorn last year on 8th Sept,11 vide invoice number 1893 since then i was registered the complaint for poor milage of my vehicle to Sai point Honda,bhiwandi and after there thane service station also for first few times it was
marginally improved i e in the range of 40 to 45 kmpl on highway but again it use dropped down to 33 to 35 Kmpl.
After lot of follow at there thane service station which is almost 25 Killo meter from my residence , i had been there for not less than 4- 5 Times for this complaint.
there service executive Vinod and Mr Prasad proved me by using 100 ml petrol and run the vehicle for 6.3 Km that this vehicle is
delivering 63 kmpl which is i believe higher than company claimed however when i was driving the vehicle i am getting only 33 to 34 kmpl
in city and 36 -38 kmpl on highway which is very poor and same for Hero honda karizma i am having with more power.
However Mr Prasad of Sai point honda is not ready to accept that vehicle is not delivering the required or claimed mileage, and washing there hand by saying it is not come under company policy.
I have requested them that we will check the mileage with one litre petrol and we will go on drive but he is not ready.
now either i want a replacement of my vehicle or mileage as claimed by Honda Motors
