Dear Sir,

We are complaining the staff of Delhi Jal Board in Paschim Water Office.
We have not received the bill last 3 year then I reached your office print the duplicate bill.
I checked in our bill, sewer charges add in your bill
I gave the letter for deduct the sewer charges in our bill, in paschim vihar office.
(File No. 6721, Dtd. 31/12/2012)
I saying that to Mr. Sharma please deduct the sewer charges in our bill then i will paid the bill.
Mr. sharma says that Ms. Madhu will check your matter this is your area incharge.
Then I says that to Ms. Madhu, Mam please check our bill, i will pay the bill.
Ms. Madhu says I will deduct only this month sewer charges.
Ms. Madhu says that Ms. Sunitha will check your matter.
Ms. Sunitha says the matter is clear after 4 -5 days.
I talk to paschim vihar Jal Board Head then Mam says that Ms. Sunitha & Ms. Madhu is check you matter.
As per your mistake add the surcharge in your bill twice.
Please refund the surcharge & sewer charges in our next bill.
We are request to you that Please action for staff rude behavior
Then But Anybody not clear this matter.
