this complaint is regarding your service personnel not looking into a replacement spare within the warranty period after more than a week of the complaint being registered formally-this season being charged with the football festivities-the delay is proving to be a frustrating experience
the gadget in focus here is an lcd t.v. with a faulty picture display
Complainant's Goal: i want the customer personnel to speed up and fix the problem
