i ve purchased a cb twister which i am regretting after getting poor service from BU BHANDARI,PUNE, these people are the worst.
last time for the first service they took 25 days as they could not find a part to replace, and they never communicated to me what is going on. i just waited
and now i gave my bike for second servicing yesterday , and till now they havent told me when i would get it . when i call they dont pick up. they are rude and dont value customers. eithet honda has given me a defective bike aur these people are thieves

im going to file a case against honda and this service center on tuesday.
i will not leave this issue this time. contact me asap.

honda people are in the habit of not responding customers complaints. NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
