I had purchased ECCO 5 seater AC car on dated 13/10/2010(Car No MP09 CH-3586) . As per maruti Suzuki service scheduled I and II services were carried out by patel motor service centre. Due to unsatisfactory sevice carried out by patel motor service centre I had switched over to Bombay motor { maruti authorised service centre ,yashawant nivas road indore (M.P.)} for further services.
Till date,all the services were carried out by Bombay motor as per maruti Suzuki service schedule and norms.

My car ran only just 12200 km with in very short period and inside surface of both the front tier ( wheel ) observed damaged very seriously

When we have explain the above problem to manager service of patel motor(car purchased from patel motor, indore) . He has replayed us as Bombay motor is taking care of your car so Bombay maotor and maruti Suzuki will solve your problem.

When I explain the same to Bombay motor he has replayed us “ it is very common problem of ecco car as its driving shaft having some technical problem due to this after a period both the wheel gets de-alien very frequently after alien meant and causing tier damage”. There is no meaning to alien the wheel till driving shaft would not change.

Also tell so many EECO having the same problem and maruti Suzuki replace the same, also informed to customer through newspaper for rectification of this problem .

My humble request to change the dry Shaft and both the tier without any charge so that myself and people can maintane trust on maruti product.
