Rajindra Motors Honda - I am not satified with service

My brother Shri Sunil Kumar Thapliyal has purchased a CBF Stunner (CBF 125 MA) Honda motor bike from the dealer on 24/01/2010 vide Invoice no. 09IN03540 and booking no. B018967.
The registration No. of the bike is DL 5S AC 2759

The vehicle was sent for IInd service to the dealer after which we noticed that as soon as the vehicle reach speed of 50Km/hr it starts vibrating and also its average has gone down despite being a new vehicle.

We took the bike to the dealer immediately to address the same and to correct the fault, the dealer tried his bit and also stated that this discrepancy could not be corrected here and we will have to complaint to the manufacturing company i.e. Honda, which he did and a Zonal manager did visited and checked and next day when he handed over the vehicle to us the problem persist.

Till date the problem has not been solved and I have to rum from pillar to post
We want the fault to be corrected or my bike to be changed and in addition Rs. 20,000/- to be paid as compensation for mental agony, harrassment, economic loss
