I am Rajesh Mishra, applied MTNL Broadband registartyion on 27/03/2010 vide registration no. ******** and cutumer Account No. 20********. I am very sad to say that till date my connection is not activated. According to MTNL person (JE) line was not avialble in the area and they have not any source to create the line. MTNL line men told me that no any wire issued from department to installed connection. I have suffering from Last one year from 27/03/2010 and depsite all my registaion amount with application form. You may please registered my complaint and solved as soon as possible.
