1.WE HAVE MADE RTGS ON THE PURCHASE OF SCHOOL BOOKS DATED 23-05-2017 RECEIPT NO -54781 RS 12920
2.WE HAVE RECEIVED A SMS ON PHONE THAT YOUR BOOK DELIVERY IS GOING TO GET DELAYED IF YOU WANT YOU CAN CANCEL THE ORDER MY SENDING MAIL
3.I HAD SEND A CANCELLATION MAIL TO THE 1. eazyshopee.ramesh@gmail.com 2.Info@eazyshopee.com
4.TILL TODAY I HAVE NOT GOT ANY CANCELLATION MAIL.
5.THE SCHOOL ARE GETTING OPEN , I AM NOT ABLE TO BUY BOOK FROM OTHER STORE ALSO.
BECAUSE I DO NOT KNOW MY ORDER IS CANCEL OR NOT YET.
6.I AM NOT GETTING ANY RESPONSES OF MY MAIL AND CALLS
7.NOR I HAVE RECEIVED MY REFUND FOR RS 12920

I have done the payment and got a message that my payment has being done and i got the payment ID, that payment ID is not working and i call the customer care and that no. is not valid. i have paid 5576 and i am not able to contact them plz do something plzz it is a request

I placed the order for 9th STD bookset of Bishop Cotton Boys school , last week I got an SMS to confirm the order. When I tried to fill-in the information the class selection shows only upto 8th STD. I called them 5 days back , the person otherside told me that it will be rectified in a day. But nothing has happened so far I keep getting SMSs. So I sent couple of email but no reply. Now the phones are busy !

I have made online payment on April 11 and have got an email with transaction details and order number etc.
The site said the delivery starts from 20th April its 30 today and we haven't received the books yet.

I have tried calling multiple times with no response and emails hardly get response which makes no sense.

Pathetic Customer service. Can we please have some update us the status ??
