I had ordered a mobile phone in timtara.com on 2nd of september 2012 through my debit card as there was no cash on delivery option,i had to pay them while ordering the product.The delivery time period was within 3 weeks.even after 3 weeks of my ordered date,the order status of my product was still awaiting shipment.i made more than 25 calls to the customer service of Timtara since then to cancel my order and the response is the same everytime.they tell me to wait for a week for cancellation,neither do they cancel it nor ship my product.its been almost 6months and am unable to sort out this issue and am fed up.i even went to the local police station to complaint but they are directing me to approach the cyber crime instead.am fed up calling the customer service as all what they say is to wait.Am irritated with this thing and i need my money back.please help me!
