Micromax company - I am not at all satisfied with the service of Micromax Cellphone.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had purchased Micromax Handset from the local dealer at Dehradun on 16th June 2011.
Within the period of One Month the charging Socket got damaged.When contacted the local Service Centre,he is very reluctant to repair.Above all,he advised to go for some branded phone like Nokia/Samsung etc. & not local phones.
The job Card No.is 2474968.Model No. G4.
Really Micromax is local brand where the brand ambassedors of the brand are big icons of Film Industry.
If the local Service Engineers are unable to resolve the complaints,why they are appointed ?
If the Company is not able to resolve the complaint,though the set is in Warrenty Period,why they are manufacturing such mobiles ?
