Maruti Suzuki India Limited - I am highly dissatisfied with service as well as insurance dealing

I have had the worst experience with Maruti Suzuki. I bought my Swift Dzire on 30th August 2012 from Maruti Automotive, Nerul, Thane Belapur Road. Till now I have got 3 services done and every time when the vehicle was returned to me it was never clean rather dirtier than when given for servicing, inspite of mentioning every time.

The worst part is that its been almost a week but no one has responded to the feedback form which I had submitted to the agency. Even the same was mentioned in the Receipt that I signed.

This negligence in an era of choices is not acceptable.

Secondly I renewed my insurance through Maruti. Its been almost 2 months I have not received my copy inspite of repeated reminders through phone.

NO SERVICE & NO REPLY to customer complains and feedback.
