Maruti Suzuki India Limited - I am highly dissatisfied with K.p Automotive service

Dear All,



I am Dinesh Saini . i have Maruti Dezire RJ14-TB-3951 , KM 13214. July 2012 Purchaced. Today i went at KP automotive ( Orbit mall ) to get my car repair for Front side noise and back side Seat loose problem and my experience was very worst.



1 ) I visited at 11:02 AM and They Attended me after 30 minutes when i visited at Workshop.



2) No one offer me to sit in a customer lounge while office staff was busy in talking and Laughing together. Office Staff was very casual even customer was waiting .



3 ) Unfortunately One Service Advisor attended me and written all my complaints in his manual sheet and after attended he said we will check and let you know the delivery time.



4) They Started checking at 2:18 PM .



Service Advisor to me :- Sir We checked your car we need to change stablizer bar bush for front side noise. then they changed Bushes and Charged me Even my car is in also extended Warranty and refused to accept the Seats problem Even the seats are not in a condition to sit.

I talked With Rahul Goyal ( AREA MANAGER ) for this he said Stablizer bar bush not covered in warranty because they are Rubber part and i accepted and paid for that then he said Seats are also not covered in under warranty and Passed this concern to Mr, ANLI VYAS ( Works Manager ).



Mr. Anil Vyas came and very rudely talked with me and not accepted the seat problem.



Mr. Anil Vyas to me:-1 ) When i pressed him to show a seat problem he said This is a normal problem every car has a same problem you brought a cheap price car.

2) you should buy a high rank car like grand vitara or Honda.

3) This time it is normal we will see next time.



Mr. Anil Vyas disrespected me a lot of time when i visited today.

He was very Friendly when i visited last time for 3rd free service and insisted me to give full marks in customer satisfaction survey.



Seats Problem :- People feel Pain when they sit back side because that seat got loose and it,s Iron Material touch on the Humans Body.



My Experience was very bad And i am waiting for solution.
