I am living in Tamil nadu -603109 and i bought a Honda shine in october-2011, When i purchased my bike from Lodha motors-Tambaram sanatorium(50 Km distance from my place) there was a service center of Lodha motors in chenglepet(15Km from my place), so I believed for service support i can give my bike to chenglepet service centre so that i would not be having any difficulties to reach service centre, But after some few months the chenglepet service centre is closed and it was not informed to anybody in advance while we were buying the bike from lodha motors, and who ever brought a bike near to my place everybody struggling more & more to give our bikes to next nearest service centre of lodha motors(50KM from our place),
And Lodha motors service center at Tambaram-sanatorium is putting complicated time limits to give bikes for service, To give a bike for servicing should be before 7:30AM in morning and to take a delivery of the bike it should be before 6:00pm, which is very very difficult to reach service centers for the customers living more than 50 Km distance similar as myself,
In this situation, Many users are forced to give their bikes to outside Non Honda service centers even they buy Annual maintenance contract and whatever the money paid for AMC will be 100% lose for the users, and its seriously spoiling the performance of the bike so they cannot claim any warranty for the components also,
Please do needful something to reduce our struggles to give our bike for servicing, or atleast make a convenient time limit to give our bikes to service and for the delivery ,
