WHEN I FILLED UP THE SLIP THE UPPER QUOTE HAPPNED. THEN A STAFF( CLEARK) (SITTING IN A CHAIR OF PRINTING THE PASSBOOK) SAID

ME- YES I SAID.
PRINTING STAFF- SECURITY, " OKE GHAR DAKKA DIYE BER KARE DE" & CLOSED HIS ACCOUNT.
ME- OK, YOU CAN CLOSE MY ACCOUNT.

THOUGH I AM A OLDEST CUSTOMER OF YOUR BANK SINCE 2004, MY SB A/C NO IS 2132366603-6( OLD-6918).
NOW I WANT A QUICK ACTION ABOUT THAT STAFF, THOUGH MANAGER, ASSISTANT MANAGER CAME TO ME AND SAID PLEASE WORKING HOUR WAS END, CAME NEXT DAY.
MY QUESTION IS " CAN A RESPONSIBLE PERSON CAN DO THIS TYPE OF BEHAVE.
SO, PLEASE TAKE IMMIDIATE ACTION.

Today I visited to allahbad bank branch nawada uttam nagar new Delhi for submitting the amount and I asked to bank employee for ATM card because I want to take ATM card and employee denied for this and when I asked to him that please provide me the customers help line number then he and manager abused to me and shouted on me .so want to raised the complaint on them please take strike action on them or also confirms to me the status of my complaint
