good morning sir /madam basically i was nokia customere in interst of karbonn
i have purchased a karbonn mobile m no KC555 G/C ********0196540,MEID; A100000FD15872, REF NO ********-1/2009 F330/09, at the rate of price rs 5400 the outlet name is BIG-C, VIJAYAWADA,
but the mobile performance is very poor,it gives when charging/chating/listing music gives very heat,low recivng voice volume,wthin 15 days Iwent to big-c in the same problem they send to service center of M&M TECHONLOGIES,VIJAYAWAD ,but the probleb is not rectfied and iwas gone to same service center they says take the mobile to hyderabad servicecenter in the name of PRIME TECH SERVICE CENTER, ABIDS,HYDERABAD, i tryed maximam to login in the callcentr but they could not respond and i called AP SALES HEAD he could not respond ON DATE 5-10-10 i went to the prime tech service center onsame issue they take my mobile and kept one day in the service centr,after the servicing the problem of heat is very very high and voice volume is low, problem is not rectified
today i went to service centr same in the same issue they says it takes time 21 working days send to banglore,how we can communicate in these 21 days i was harrased with you KARBONN KC 555 AND YOURS SERVICE CENTERS,
