Vodafone Gujarat - I am getting harrashed by the service provider

I bought a USB internet from Vodafone store at Shivranjani, Ahemedabad on 7th sep 2010. The number is ********34. Paid 3999/- for 1 GB
one year plan + 500 Security Deposit + 1699 (if I m not wrong) for USB.

It was not working for first 2 days.. No issues... I was handled with Disha at the store who managed to get it activated. Than every alternate day it was giving different errors saying No device found OR device internet can't be activated... I registered a complaint with vodacare IVR as well... ( I don't have the docket number presently, but will definately look for that as well). It was told to me that I have to take that USB to store & there is no other option. I went to store next day with the USB, it was told to me that why I have not come with the laptop. How will they check? No issues, next day I was suppose to fly back to Tanzania. so Disha told me that I can ask my wife to come & meet her & she will sort out the issues.. TILL TODAY NOT YET SORTED OUT... When my wife went to store, it was told to her that because of Window 7 there is problem... They tried in other laptop, wherein it was working... Neha (my wife) told that why don't u change the USB & try... the revert was that we can't change the USB being it is working in other computer.. She also showd that TATA is working on the laptop, but it was told to her to go back to CROMA (from where we bought the laptop) & enquire for the same. She went there, but it was told to her that there is nothing which is stopping the USB to work.

Even they suggested that y can't we change the USB & try... Neha escalated the complaint & met with Vishal I believe the store manager). He
told that we have to install a software to make it working & he will come at home to install the same. For next 2 days, nobody showd up & after following
up for n number of times on the phone, the guy turned up at 2230 hrs. DO YOU THINK THIS IS THE TIME TO GO AT A LADIES HOUSE... Anyways, it didn't worked as well... She told that the problem is getting over head & now she want the money back... It was told to her that WE CANT GIVE YOU MONEY BACK, THERE IS PROBLEM WITH UR LAPTOP... IF U HAVE FURTHER ANY ISSUES, U CAN WRITE TO CUTOMER CARE... Wrote to customer care n number of times... I have the proof of sen mails as well but there is no response in last two months.. except the auto generated response that we will get back to you in 48 hours. Now we are getting a calls saying our bill is pending. I am with the services provided by vodafone. please help me to get my money back..
