we are having relation with herohonda and honda since long time but this time i am feeling worst to say that you are giving bike with no quality and worst service with bad bike engines. i had bought a honda cbf stunner last year from aero honda showroom in pune. and below i am giving you problem details which i faced within a year.
1. when i took delivery of bikefrom aero honda, leg guard was rusted then i came to know it was duplicate,
2. i changed it immediately from aero honda showroom and they replaced saying that its a new, within a month its colour got down and i came to know it was that which i replaced and only color was applied.
3. i changed that aero honda and started to go with my wings honda showroom, pune.
4. from the day 1 bike is not going above 50km speed in my wings honda, pune. i complained and they said its a new bike. let it run more than 5000 km, i said ok.
5. then i was having average problem because honda showroom person said me it will give 60kmpl average on road but it waz giving only 40 to 42kmpl.
6. behind maintaining the average, they spoiled my bike pick up, though it was giving 42 to 44kmpl.
7. i complained of both of things again and they did nothing.
8. i was totally dissapointed and frustrated because of this bike.
9. after few months bike suddenly stopped while running on the way and it wasn't getting start. i faced big problems there.
10. i complained about that, they changed bike piston block saying that its a crack. they changed break liner,clutch pad and all and billed me of 1750rs. even bike was in warrenty.
11. even after doing that, after 4 to 5 days again i faced same problem and this time they said rubbish reason that fault is in petrol. IF IT SO, THEN I MUST SAY THAT OTHER COMPANIES ARE HAVING BETTER ENGINES THAN HONDA BECAUSE OTHER ENGINES NEVER STOPPED BECAUSE OF THIS PETROL REASON.
12. during that bike battery was also replaced.
13. again i complaind with that but same thing. i faced suspension problem as well which was more worst.
14. now i am still suffering with these problems within a year.
AND SURPRISINGLY I NEVER DROVE MY BIKE MORE THAN 50KM SPEED BECAUSE IT STILL NOT RUN UP THAT THAT.
tell me what to do now and whom should i complain ?
replace my bike or give me refund back.
take your bike away for god sake.
