Its very disgusting to track and find no result for the order no #22430951 -made on 28-04-2014; especially when the payment has been made in advance (on the same day -amount- 18430-00).Please
;let me know as to which authority should i make my grievances to settle
.I feel duped and cheated.
contacted the Greendust company and was provided TICKET - Ticket ID: 85539 AND AGAIN- Ticket ID: 85578. Till today, i have not received the refrigerator. Even, i made a visit at LUCKNOW GREENDUST STORE AT KESHAV NAGAR-BUT of no use.
