laa - i am fed up of complaining several times in local ward for sweeper issues

Respected Sir,
Myself Sarabjit Kaur from fatehgunj area is facing many problems with the near by dhobi's which is located near our house from many years. the whole society is harresed from these people. they park their richskaws in our society n use our society for their purposes. if we say them they dont care. We the society people go again n again in ward no 7 for complaining sweepers as they dont come regularly bcoz the dhobi ghat people harras them n sweepers dont come regularly. the sweeper officer doesnt care about any complains. sir we want a permision for fiting temporary iron rods n block the area. the dhobi people have another way for their purpose which connects directly main road saffron building. its a kind request to help us as soon as possible.
