Dish t.v - "I am facing a problem with dish t.v lottery system "

As I have +923457902794 saying I have a have won a lottery of Rs 1,00,000 and for that i have to call to their head office Bombay phone no.00923457351060 , then at what ever time I call I was charged by Rs 9\min for which I was told as a toll free line then they instructed me to buy a dish t.v coupon for about 9,999 which I did ,they says the amount from my bank branch Bank Of India in lieu of 500 rupees can be collect. Now they are saying that the coupon number is in correct. Sir now what to do I have lost my all collected amount even I have lost about 300 rupees in replying back so please help me as I am finding my self being cheated. I lost all my education funds . I want you to take some strict action against such persons who exploits middle class persons savings and money. please do something. Please give me proper instruction what next so I can get my money back...
