respected sir i bought a refrigrator videocon s220 in ss dx in 2-4-2006 from vijay electronics in sonepat....it has 6 year warranty ..in 2nd year of this refrigrator it creates many problems....
its processor becomes dead...many problems occur now...like its ice case cover break down..its body is resting ...plz tell what will we do... the dealor is very irresponsible his behavour is very bad... in warranty period they want service charge ....and also he cannot exchange the refrigrator in warranty period...sir we are your very old customers plz dont break our faith...the service of videocon here very very very bad...plz take some action...as early as possible...
