printing press - i am disappontied by the product that i have bought

This is to inform you that as being the customer of your company i am really dissatisfied by the vehicle that i bought. The bike (star city E/S) was provided to me on 19 september ,2013. The company proclaims to assure best quality of vehicle along with excellent features and parts. But the vehicle fails to provide so. The estimated average was 80 km/l but now it stands to give 48 km/l. Its difficult for a middle class owner to get the petrol refilled again and again in a day. Its hard to carry on with the bike on long distances.Also, the bike tends to make unusual sounds which is really irritating at times.The servicing of bike bike has been been done several times,still the vehicle has not shown any changes.This has really become a big headache for me.

I wish you too see to this and provide me with better solutions. Otherwise,ill not be able to rely on the company any more..and this is not a healthy message for the T.V.S consumers..Please look to this.
