Subject: LESS REFUND OF MY CANCELLED TICKETS


SIR,
I BOOKED 18 TICKETS FOR TRAVEL BETWEEN DEHRADUN AND DELHI ON 30/5/10. I HAD BOOKED THESE TICKETS BY CREDIT CARD AT HYDERABAD STATION. I HAD TO CANCEL 6 TICKETS AND WHEN I APPROACHED THE STN MASTER DEHRADUN FOR CANCELLATION ON 29/5 I WAS TOLD THAT IT CAN BE CANCELLED AT DELHI WHERE CREDIT CARD CANCELLATION IS AVAILABLE AND NOT AT DEHRADUN WHEREBY I WAS FORCED TO CANCEL ONLY AFTER THE JOURNEY IS PERFORMED AND I WAS ABLE TO GET ONLY 50 PER CENT OF THE FARE INSTEAD OF FULL FARE REFUND , I REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND DO JUSTICE.

MY PNR NO IS 263-2315297 AND 2303381974 AND THE CANCELLED TICKET NAMES ARE A ADITYa , A BHAVANI SHANKAR,A,ANITA AND T VISWANATH, T USHa SREE AND T.ABHISHEK.
