I am a regular buyer of mcdowells white rum from this particular wine shop that is opposite my house, ever since just before the budget this wine shop has started charging 5% above MRP and insisting that this is the done thing. He went to the extent of challenging me to go ahead and complain to whoever i wanted to. I have got a half bottle with me with the printed MRP of 120 and I have been charged rs 126 for the same. Pepsi too from this particular wine shop mentioned above is sold at 2rs above MRP as cooling charges.

I feel helpless and frustrated as I feel as a citizen of India I am a sitting duck for such crooks. I am hoping that you will take action against this and let them know that we citizens are not helpless any more.

I have received a call from United breweries this morning 29/7/09 saying that there company representative would call me and come see me personally to help solve the problem.
