I am not getting proper service from your company regarding to getting PC suit & USB driver as I want to connect mobile to PC. I am having Aircel connection & received setting & internet is working on mobile. I tried downloading PC suit from your site, but it is not getting installed on pc. same problem is comong with your service center also & they are not able to help. I contacted your toll free helpline where they told me that this is not Karbonn no & gave me another No.0********55. I tried atleast 50 times but only able to talk for 2 times & after explaning this problem he told me thet he will send it to my email but even after 4-5 remainders through phone, sms, email I am not getting PC suit & USB driver. Hence I am struggling for internet & wasting money outside. Is this type of service company is providing to the customers? atleast this time can I expect a response from the company?

I support this complaint. I am facing the same problem.the pc suite doesnt work. Karbonn mobiles is not listed in the opera mini list of phones also. Karbonn is the worst company. It has made a fool out the consumers!
