Hi

I am a handicapped person.. I stayed in a rented house in Adugodi for four years, I vacated the house in April 2010, my house owner gave me a cheque for my pending house security deposit of amout Rs. 30000 ... I am calling him over 2 years to return my money back... Can you please help me to get my money back...
