Hello Team,

I am using HTC-V phone from last July. After 3 months only the phone started restating itself and after restart it use to give a message "Your phone is restarted just now to update the send to HTC, please send click on send." I have sent mail multiple times but did not get a single response from HTC team.

Initially it used to restart twice in a month and then gradually increased to once in a week then once in day and finally from last 2-3 weeks it restarts 4-5 times a day. And i have sent report issue to HTC 100 times but did not get any revert.

I am really very very upset from HTC team for not responding to my concern.

Request you to please take it ahead for action. Waiting for earliest reply!!!!
