Salai, Chennai - 600006, Indore, Star Mobile Service centre to change the button since I am unable to switch it on.. The service centre guy stated that the warranty is over,will have to change the mother board that's 5000 sub mother board 3000 display 5000 total of 13000.all he stated is there was water..When I asked him to show the appearence of water content he stated it cannot b shown. When I asked why dint the colour of the label change if water was the problem .he was not able to answer. They think we are dumb fools to believe what ever they say. I travel only in car and the place I work is completely AC. He states it can b of sweat. It was just a switch problems and now these ****** bugers states to change the complete parts for money which is a total of 15000 including tax for that cost I can buy a new mobile itself. The service centre is a fraud. I will take this till the consumer court since the service centre guy stated he is ready to face the problem.
