We refer to your complaint addressed to Group Office, HSBC expressing
your concerns regarding your above mentioned credit card account.

I thank you for having taken the time to write to us and apologize for
the inconvenience caused.

We understand that you have expressed concern regarding transactions
incurred on your credit card on 30 November 2013 and also your alleged
concerns about our bank official’s behavior during his visit to you
residence.

You have disputed the following transactions executed on the credit card
bearing number 4862-xxxx-xxxx-8083 on 30 November 2013.

Based on your confirmation the above mentioned credit card was blocked
on 02 December 2013.

During our investigation, it is revealed that you have executed these
alleged transactions at the said merchant outlets and had also taken
cash from the respective merchants (Jublee Hills and Shree Swastik
Jewel). Further, the renewal credit card was sent to your correspondence
address through Blue Dart courier vide airway bill number 43********5.

Blue Dart courier had confirmed that the renewal card was delivered to
your neighbor on your request (on phone) as you were not available
during that time.

Since you have disputed the receipt of the renewal credit card and usage
of the card, our investigation officer Mr Shiva Kumar along with the
Blue Dart delivery staff visited your residence and explained you to the
facts. Further, you accepted to the card usage and also stated that the
transactions were made on the old credit card. In this regard, you have
provided a letter of confirmation.

With regard to the non-receipt of renewal credit card, you had accepted
that on the same day your neighbor had handed over to you 3 covers and
you were not sure whether the renewal card was part of the covers and
provided a letter confirming that the card was misplaced. Accordingly
the renewal credit card was blocked on 12 December 2013.

Further, to resolve the issue amicably our investigation officer Mr
Shiva Kumar had visited your premises and explained the facts. However,
we deny that our official have indulged in any activities resulting in
harassment to you.

Mr Ramu, thank you for taking the time to contact us. I have reviewed
your concerns; however I am unable to accommodate your requirement for
reversing the entire outstanding amount on your credit card account as
you have already admitted you have used your old credit card for making
the transaction vide your letter of confirmation dated 04 December 2013
addressed to the Bank. I trust that I have clarified the bank’s position
in this regard.

As on date there is an outstanding of INR 187124.26 on the card account
and we request you to pay immediately to obviate further levy of
charges.

For the awareness of our customers, we would like to inform you that the
Reserve Bank of India has appointed Banking Ombudsman under ‘The Banking
Ombudsman Scheme, 2006’, to provide a forum to customers for the
resolution of their complaints relating to deficiency in banking

Straight points ( you have narrated my issue in wrong direction )



1. I have Never / Ever disputed any charges over my account which was using from last 10 years., Show me some evidence that I have disputed the transactions which i have made.


2. I have Never / Ever taken cash at any point, show me some evidence that I have taken with them,


3. I have Never / Ever authorised to give my renewal card to the 8 years baby who's name also doesnt know.. till i dont have that card with me.



Dear Sudhakar, this is my problem/requested for the incident happen, check your email explanation have writtern entirely opposite towhat i am requesting from 3 emails.


If you need any proof i will get my apartment people, nearby hotel peoples, that 8 years baby, my wife, Children, Mr Ravinder Rao, Police person Hanumanth Reddy nearly 20 people's oral evidence's and check the mark over my neck, I am 10 years old customer, as a friend come to my home and ask my child about the incident happend., I have never / ever denied the payment to this bank at any point of time. Still date i am making all payments as per the bank policy.


Sir, with his 2 days intervention and 4 hours of time has spoiled me in all the ways, I may not perfect in writing in english about the incident happend, please call me or i will come to your place, request that P shiva also be in the meeting and solve the matter, You will know the problem / loss what happend to me,


Request you to recheck the matter you typed and my problem, You addressed me over the email, Please respond for my inquiry you have narrated some story were no facts over it.


Ask my wife, her number ********85, If you were not able to understand the loss you people made it.,


Please, please read my email and respond accordingly.

We are in suicide point with the family. You sent a killer, if he killed me at that point thats have better only i am in loss but he made entire family. how can i pay in 4 days of the transactions made and if sits for the 4 hours and man handled.
