Dear Sir/madam,
This is for your kind consideration that our client Mr. Ajay kr. Yadav is a L.I.C policy holder since 2009. He has diposited two premium timely through me. But we surprised very much when we went to diposite next third premium and we knew that policy has been discontinued. I asked to concerned person that how it is possible. Then he repplied that last premium is not diposited. When i went to our main branch and asked to Manager, then his answer was " Aisi rasheed to jitni chaho nikal denge". Now question is " What actual proof of premium deposited".

Our customer is very poor and he claimed his total amount from us. We and L.I.C has lost the trust, so tell me what should we do?

2nd premium diposited at Samrala chowk, Ludhiana on 23.07.2010 and reciept no. 1184728.
