Sahara Pick Pack Move Pvt Ltd - Household items damaged and two items not delivered till date.

I had transferred all my household items from Sonepat to Hyderabad with SAHARA PICK PACK & MOVE PVT. LTD. The household items were loaded on 07-Apr-2010 with Gr No 1212 , Vech no: HR-39-A-5356 and unloaded at my Hyd house on 16-Apr-2010. by vech no: AP-28-TA-1816.

To my utter surprise I found most of my valuable items are either damaged or missing which was duly mentioned by me on packing list of sahara pick & move pvt ltd copy. Even in various mail and telephonically ans sms sent by me it was brought into notice to them regarding damages and items not delivered to me.

After some time I tried calling the marketing executive many times and he everytime assures me of refund of amount and delivery of missing items, but all in vain. Now he has stopped picking my call also. Me as well as my wife are facing lot of problem due to this.

Please find below the list of damaged items and items not delivered to me:

01) On 17-04-2010 we opened our crockery boxes and found that many crockery were broken and it is in complete unbalanced sets.

02) Item no 21 and 40 still not recieved which consists of kitchen items and decoative pieces. ( mentioned in packing list )

03) My computer table is completely damaged and can not be used further.

04) Glass of my crockery shelf is completely broken.

05) My new deewan cum bed is full of scratch and cracked from corner.

06) My invertor box is broken from corner.

07) A new cricket bat of my son RBK brand ( Approx cost rs 3000) not delivered.


You are requested to help me out in getting compensation for Rs 40000 + Rs 15000 for all the damages and items which was not delivered to me till date.
