Dear Sir,

Since 2 yrs I have been getting so many nuisance calls from ICICI Bank Credit Card collection agency that is for third party.When I complained to Head of the Quality Department(Copy is attached below)instead of helping me they are favoring Credit Card collection agency.Twice they took my address & sending goons to my place to confirm who is residing on this address.So I humbly request you to do needful to this.Every time they take my address & phone no after that they have misused it instead of helping.

Dear Mr. Ratheesh Achath,
Office of Head Service Quality.

This is to bring under your notice that I am again harassed by your ICICI Bank collection agency. Today (21/9/2011)I again received call from 022- 30906700 at 1.30pm & on 19/9/2011 I received a call from the same no on my mobile at 2.52pm.So in spite of your assurance I have been getting calls. So now will you please let me know what legal actions I should take.

I know that your collection agency people are using worst pyrotechnics. We have often said that concern person doesn’t stay on this address &this is not his no. Then also they call at my place by saying that we are calling from Insurance Company & we would like to speak to Mr.Suhas Joshi regarding his Insurance. When I have said so often that this is not his no & no body by that name stayed here. Then also your collection agencies keep on calling. So I think you are testing my patience. Now I have to take some ultimate steps if you are not taking any strong measurements to curb your own nuisance.
