Dear Sir


This is to bring to your notice Horrible experience faced while dealing with Executive at Service station at DD Motors Mayapuri. I am owner of ALTO DL2CAA 2550 . I went to DD Motors mayapuri today morning , 4th Jan'14, for enquiring about dent & painting repair work required on the Rear Door of my car.


I was introduced to Mr Sunny who took me to his boss for clarification. I was surprised that he quoted me the price without actually verifying the damage on my car and he was not ready to even patiently listen or even explain me the things. He was not bothered to listen even after requesting him few times.


I even complained to GM- SERVICE MR P.S. Rayat personally about the attitude of staff and he personally instructed him to check the car.


But the subordinate even then don't bother to even check the car on his instruction .



It was really a horrible experience in dealing with such staff at DD Motors which is one of most premier Dealers of west Delhi.



This type of Customer dealing also damage the reputation of Maruti as a Brand.
