Sony Ericsson - Horible experience with w595.

Dear sir,
I bought a new sony ericsson phone (w595) in march 2009.
In a just a month it is start giving problems like key pad, screen, speaker phn wire cut.
My Phone Spend lot of time in just a service center.
I m really not satisfied with my device.
Really sony ericsson provide very cheap quality.
Complainant's Goal: replce my device because i spend 14000 rs for that or permanent solve my problem
