I purchased unicorn vehicle on 16th October 2009 at prassana Honda at Coimbatore tamilnadu, and used all my free service at the surya bala (auth Honda dealer service centre) from the 2nd service onwards there is a problem in the suspension or from the chase bolt which make an odd sound from the motor cycle that really makes to drive uncomfortable. It has been informed to the dealer during the service time but till now they had not come out with the permanent solution in the last free service which undergone on 2nd July they had informed that some bearing has been the problem and the sound will be arrested by changing the same and charged rs.70 fro replacing the bearing also but till the date I has left my vehicle for the same problem for more than 5 times, and after the last free checkup I had given the vehicle twice for the same compliant. But the sound comes back after 2 days “I don’t know why the problem comes continuously it makes me very unsatisfied with the service provided after the vehicle purchase” and it simply desires that the service center is not maintained with the well trained service personals to check for the exact complaints and to resolve the same.

Kindly intervene and make a good service as the same has been not rectified and get back with the revert to clear the problem at the earliest as I was without my motor cycle for 3 days for this problem after the last free checkup.

Kindly keep my vehicle till the problem rectified I doesn’t need a vehicle with the complaint with in a year I am terribly sorry to say this I am not much satisfied with the service that undergone for the past 8 moths and so.
