Hi,

I purchased Honda Unicorn Bike from Ganpati Auto, Gurgaon on 21-10-2010.
Details are as below:
Invoice No: 10IN03829
Mode: CB Unicorn
Colour: Black
Frame No: ME4KC09CKA8053087
Engine No. : KC09E6055574

on Jan 20th 2011, I felt some noise coming from Chain Cover or shocker( i am not confirmed the main origin of voice).
I contacted Ganpati Auto, Sector 14, Gurgaon for the resolution of the same.
When I reached there on 8th Feb 10, it took 2 hrs wait for just confirming the issue by them.
Then they confirmed that Issue has been resolved now(the voice was coming from chain cover only).
Then I moved from there & felt that there was no noise is coming from Chain cover.
After riding my bike, After 2-3 days that Sound reappeared.
I am now very upset with the service of HONDA people.
they just create some temporary solution & I don't have time to visit there again.
It takes 2-3 hours for a resolution of even for small problem.
I still facing the same issue in my BIKE.
If HONDA is not able to provide Quality service, I want my Money back. I don't recommend any body to buy Honda products.
I request iComplains to take immediate action for the solution of my issue.

Thanks & Regards
Sudhanshu Singh
