Sir, I have purchased Honda Twister bearing (NO.AP 10AT 6583) CHASIS NO ME4JC472BA8001512, ENGINE NO.JC47EOOO2130, FEB 2010 from your Fortune Motors Pvt Ltd., G 01, Lala 1 landmark, 5-4-94, M.G.Road, Secunderabad.A.P on 25.02.2010 vide Invoice No 09IN13131 booking no Bo75850.
I was having your Honda Shine 125CC earlier. As a loyal customer, on the behest of your service agents when I wanted to purchase UNICORN, they advised me to go for TWISTER. But since I purchase,my vows are innumerable. The saree guard, Seat Cover, grip covers etc., parts were not available. I had to wait for 3 months but in vain. Every time they advised me to goto M/s.Allied auto motive,Shaimar theatre, kachiguda.
I am fed up with the reply they give that ,company is not supplying spares.
Now my present problem is the chain SPorket is worn out within in 15000 kms. This has happened 2 months back. Till date your fortune motors or Allied co. could not get the same with other parts like front kowl etc.
Sir, my question is When you are not able to provide the spares why to continue manufacturing same further and dumping on customers.
I feel ashamed to know that there is no resale for this vehicle within 1 year or so.
I fee very bad in choosing your Company's Twister.
Presently, I could not use the vehicle as there is no replacement of chain etc.
I want to file a case against your Company in consumer forum.
