I booked Honda Aviator on 29th sep 2012 at V J Honda dealer located at badlapur.
At the time of of booking representative committed me that vehicle will be delivered within 20days of booking. And would update me in 2 days about the delivery but they never called me. when I started following up with them received only one answer that we do not have the latest update with us will update you in 2 days. To make sure that I will get the vehicle in time I made the payment of entire amount in advance .

And After so much of follow up they replied that we cannot deliver the vehicle on the committed date due to problem from honda's supply chain.

I decided to cancel the booking as dealer is not ready to give me the vehicle delivery on the committed date. That time they did not allow me to do so and said that they will give me activa instead of aviator and made me to agree the terms.

On 24th sep 2012 they have given the vehicle to at least 3-4 people of same vehicle and gave me activa.

I am feeling like cheated by honda dealer and will never recommend this brand to any of the person I know.

I would like to see how honda handles this case.
