Dear sir/mam, I hv ordered two iphones 5s and 6 plus nd a bracelet from Homeshop25. com worth Rs-35, 197 on 10th march 2015.
They are selling the phones in very cheap price. They hv no cod option so i paid money in advanced by visa.
After 10 days i received a handmade invoice in which it was written that u will receive the products after 3 days.
Then after some days i received the product bt the bracelet was missing.
Both the invoice nd products are from primetrack courier.
When i opened the box found tht the iphones are duplicate and running android.
They hv 7 days money back gurantee.
When i called back them and asked my money back they told me tht u hv to recv one phone then u will giv the rest amount back. So i hv no way nd i take the iphone 5s clone worth Rs 9,999.nd gav the another phone back. They told me tht u will recv ur money in 48 hours.but i didnt get my money back.
Now it has completed 2 months but now they r nt receivng my call. They misbehave me.
