I purchased a T-shirt from homeshop18, (order number ********7) for the product code: 30119296 but they delivered the product: 30119254. Now when I logged a complaint with their call center the problem I faced:
1) NO clear information provided regarding the turnaround time.
2) I have to call multiple times to get the updates regarding the updates, they nether email or call to update you.
3) They provided me wrong information in resolution. Number of T&T courier company, and asked me to ship the delivered product back, but when I called T&T, they informed me they are not operating with HomeShop18.
4) Again I called HomeShop18 call center, they asked me to ship it back to them by any courier from where I want.
In addition with this, the executives which answer your call are not well trained (not polite while answering the call) and the line is full of noise. If gives me feeling that they are not good in selling the product but not in resolving the customer complaints.
Please help me in getting a proper response from them.
