I have taken a home loan from ICICI bANK for Rs.. 800000/- (Loan No.: LBNOD 00000350255) on Builder Made property at Dilshad Garden . Since my home loan interest have been gone up from 7.25% to 13.5% , i have requested from bank to drop my loan amount interest, if there is some process.
At present their current Loan interest is already down by approx. 9.25%, however nobody has taken my request seriously. As a middle family & single earning source now it has become impossible for me to paid up the so much interest on the Loan amount . Thus, i have decided for balance transfer from ICICI BANK TO Axis bank. On the Axis bank loan process it came to my attention that the drawing on which ICICI BANK has approved loan to me, the drawing SHOWING Barsati instead of flat. The ICICI BANK has disburse the loan without investigating, further it came to my attention that the Builder has produce a fake stamp of MCD on drawing. The Bank had hide this information from me that building drawings is not approved by MCD. Being a layman i had blindly faith on the Bank process & believed that bank will never disburse the loan incase there is any legal problem on the building.

Due to none approved drawing, now i am facing the problem to sale or balance transfer against the said property . Also i am not able to purchase new one as the flat rate are touching the sky. Please help me to come out on this trap as i feel be cheated both from my bank & builder.
