Hi,
I own a CBZ Xtreme Aug 2008 model bike. The 3rd gear is making some echoing voice for which I consulted Uppal Motors. They said that they will replace the gear but only if I showed them my service booklet. Now, I have misplaced my Booklet but have been regular with servicing my bike at authorized service centres (have bills to prove that). I handed over my mike for repair on 4-Apr & they told me that they will call me confirming the estimate. It has been 5 days now & no revert on the status of my bike. The given phone no...0120-2443137 & 4086664 are not picked up by anybody. I myself have not been able to visit them personally as they too are open between 9-6, same as my office hours.
If this is the sorry state of affairs with the world's largest bike producting firm, then God help us. Never expected such poor service from your Dealer.
That CBZ has a manufacturing defect related to its gear is a known fact to all its riders but somehow your frm is not willing to accept & improve upon it. Did not expect the service standards to fall so drastically after the break-up between Hero & Honda!
