I have purchase a Karbonn mobile on 18/01/2010 which model no is k451m.
In this hand set have problems in his head phone in two times.firest time the head phone damage in the month of march but again the head phone damage in 10/05/2010. I send the material in S P Infotech which cutomer receipt no 17.
But the dealer not give me the head phone,he give me so many date &time.
Why this problem hapen in two times.please take a decession. This problem is happen when the parts is duplicat or the material quality is poor.
