I have taken the home loan in HDFC bank, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh with 9.75 APR on June 30th 2009 and they reduce the APR to 9.25 on July 1st 2009. Though mine was a floating APR they are not reducing my APR, even for new customers the APR is further reduced to 9 now. When I asked the BANK, they are telling me that they increased the discount in APR for the new customer and not for the existing customers and the market APR is remains same for all. See how they can cheat the people with cheap tricks with out telling to the customers at the time of loan commencement.

Even I do not understand how the RBI will allow such kind of trading that cheats the people.
